With over 25 years of leadership in both domestic and international operations, Laudy is a seasoned professional. His real estate journey began at 19 when he purchased his first rental property while studying at the University of Central Florida. Juggling a demanding career, extensive travel, and frequent relocations, he learned firsthand the challenges of absentee property ownership and the value of a local property manager. Laudy settled in Miami in 2015 and continued to invest in real estate. In 2020, he founded Managenest LLC to self-manage his properties into retirement. By 2022, he transitioned from the corporate world to establish Managenest Property Management Group.
