Laura Pruitt

HELLO! Our names are Laura & Richard - we are new to the real estate business! We are located in Philadelphia, PA and excited to start our new venture! We would like to focus on purchasing and renovating houses in our Mt Airy neighborhood, so we can contribute in a small way to the revitalization that is occurring daily! Our respective careers were extremely time consuming and honestly we never really had a pressing need to pursue our real estate interests. All that changed last August with the arrival of our first daughter!! We both worked in industries that were not kind to new parents and the needed flexibility that comes with a new addition. We are starting our new venture into real estate, together, out of love for our family and the desire to have freedom and flexibility in finances & time, to enjoy our daughter and be motivated every morning to wake up and work for ourselves at something that allows us to be creative and mindful and hopefully bring some beautiful homes for families to enjoy, the way we do ours! We have a vision of the direction we want to go with our business, we feel with a positive focus we can take daily action towards achieving our goals. We hope that this forum will allow us to meet successful people who are big on sharing ideas and interested in supporting a new venture. We are 100% committed to making our small ideas into big realities, but as every successful person knows in any business, nobody achieves success without the help of others and we hope to find investors willing to support us and help us get on the road to success!
