My husband Steve and I started investing in real estate about 15 years ago as a way to put our oldest son through college and it gradually turned into our full time gig. We are in the process of remodeling all our apartment to get them operating at the best performance possible we are doing most of the work ourselves and have created a great deal of equity but I want to increase our holdings we currently have 47 units. When we are not working on our real estate business we enjoy traveling, kayaking, wine tasting, time with friends and family and a variety of other activities.
