I've decided to grow real estate service business in Birmingham, AL. I hate so called "professionals" that land a client on just any property just to grab a commission... no long term thought or due diligence-just wing it! Everyday I'm raising the bar in the level of service and insight I bring my clients.. Now 4 years into business I'm still learning and have found my forte listing & marketing residential and commercial properties, helping buyers buy with confidence and managing multi-family communities from luxury to student housing to single family income producing properties. I'm especially interested in learning from & working with land developers, house flippers, wholesalers and other specialties.
