I am am active Real Estate Broker in South Florida representing clients since 2001 in Miami, Broward, Palm Beach and Martin County. I got into the field as an agent initially to learn it from the inside-out. I realized I also had a passion in helping others find properties. This Industry (and technology) is constantly changing and evolving so I understand there is always a need to continue learning and growing. I’ve been lucky to be able to work in a field that combines my life’s passions which are Hospitality and Real Estate. My most recent endeavors include locating, designing, launching and managing short term rentals over the past 9 years for myself and clients. I absolutely love it. Back in 2010, swapping your home with others while you travel introduced me to what is now an explosive path of real estate investing- short term rental properties. I mentor and consult newbies as well as established hosts. I’ve been brought on to re-design a property and “heal” it from bad reviews, strengthening the overall rating , increasing its presence on the platforms, raising its “score” and thus greatly improving profits. I help clients determine what their properties best and highest use is- whether it be a long term rental, short term, or flip.
