Laura Sima

RN looking to escape the healthcare rat race by investing in real estate and creating financial freedom! Currently living in/working on my second live-in flip in the Minneapolis area with my husband. Looking to invest in buy and hold properties; potentially long-term and short(er?) term rentals. I have a passion for design and owned an interior design business on the side of my nursing job for a few years. I share our renovation projects and design ideas on my Instagram account, @simaspaces, and occasionally still take on small client projects. I love the idea of creating comfortable and inviting living spaces for people. I am primarily focusing on REI and determined to buy our first property before the end of 2022! I am open to any and all learning opportunities and am confident that REI has the ability to change our lives for the better.
