Lavar Harden

Howdy...! Houston born, Chicago bred back in Houston since 2014. I started my real estate career in Chicago in 2006 as an agent and I began investing in 2009. I now manage the Harden Real Estate Group brokered by eXp Realty and Managing Partner of HSC Acquisitions LLC. As an investor friendly agent my objective is to protect you and your interest whether you are buying, selling or investing in real estate from novice and beyond. We have a small portfolio of properties in St Louis and Chicago, I’d love to find my first cash flowing property here in Houston soon; however, Houston has proven to be a great place for me to flip. A few of my flip projects are here on BP.
