Buying, owning and selling (or wholesaling) real estate has always been of very high interest to me. When I was a kid back in the early 80's my dad purchase our home on boxwood lane in Rathdrum Idaho with no money down. We lived in the home for about 2yrs and then sold it for a profit and relocated to Lynwood Wa. Growing up in Wa for 20+ Yrs and now 34yrs young, happily married and a father to 7 amazing children, getting involved with real estate investment has never left the front of my want list. Time however considering the size of my family has not always been on my side. Currently I am a Laser Etch Specialist and CNC Machine Operator with Spectralux Avionics in Redmond Wa. from 5am to 1:30pm mon-fri. As a couple of my children reached adulthood and have moved out leaving 5 children living at home and usually at school or with friends or at work after school free time has become available to me from the time I'm off work. I would like to meet other investors from any market who are involved in the wholesaling or flipping aspect of real estate and learn from the experienced seasoned investors. Helping you do what you do I feel is the best way for me to break the ice between myself and the business of real estate investment. Although I am a newbie per se a few yes ago I was a member of the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS) where I did make a few connections with investors then and did do a few assignment projects with them so I do know and can learn new ways in today's market to do my Due Diligence when searching for properties of your requests. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about myself. I look forward to this new chapter in my life and hope to do my best to make it as blessed for you and myself.
