Lawrence Belland

I've been a full time professional real estate broker, investor, contractor since 1977. Since then, I've earned and currently maintain brokers licenses in the states of Oregon, Washington and California. My company "Value Builders Inc." makes home improvements for home sellers with no out of pocket costs to them. I make the improvements that have proven to provide 2X ROI's sometimes much more. The home seller gets to keep the increase in value over the costs of the improvements. I broker the property and then repaid for the cost of improvements at the close of escrow.
