I'm intelligent, extremely hard-working, personable, and able to devote the time that learning REI entails. I'm focused on Wholesaling, but would also like to get into Lease Options and fix & flips. I desire to JV with experienced investors who I can learn from, and share the profits with. I don't need hand-holding, just knowledge. I believe that I would be an asset to a seasoned investor's portfolio!
