I had lived in El Paso, TX for about nine years. I work as an engineer on Fort Bliss, and have recently branched into Real Estate Investing. Experience: I have worked as a facilities engineer and planner in the federal government for 11 years. Over the past year, my wife and I have begun acquiring small multifamily properties. Real Estate Goals: Continue to expand our multifamily portfolio focusing on long-term buy and hold strategies within the Albuquerque and Las Cruces, NM markets. In the coming years, I hope to build a strong portfolio that provides semi-passive income as I retire from my "day job" in the near future. Additionally, we are looking to enter the short-term rental (STR) market. Ultimately, we want to be able to pass our experience onto others as so many of the BP members do now. Currently Seeking: I'm looking to network and partner with others on great multifamily and STR deals while being able to provide value to others along the way.
