Investor managing the two duplexes my wife and I own in WA State (1 in Seattle, 1 in Everett). I am currently looking at long-distance real estate investing as the prices are too high in WA state, and the cash flow is too minimal for new investments in this market. AFTER securing my first two out-of-state rental properties, I am also interested in owner financing to transition into an apartment building either solo or with another partner or by joining a larger partnership for an apartment building purchase.
