I’m chalkin got up to sticking to the 80% rule when placing offers. I've offered in Florida and California. I'm looking for a 8% CoC return with a target buying price dependent on the location. I'm analyzing at least 10 properties a day until I find a purchase. I'd love a BRRR duplex to start. I am looking at duplex, tri-plex and 4-plexes only to start. Looking forward to connecting!
