Lenny Sharp

I’m a real estate agent, team leader, and a 10 year Airbnb Superhost, with experience helping clients buy and sell short-term rental properties near Yosemite National Park. I specialize in lifestyle-focused investments—second homes that pay for themselves when you're not using them. I serve Oakhurst, Mariposa, Bass Lake, and surrounding areas, and I own STRs both locally and in Texas. I help buyers analyze revenue potential using tools like AirDNA, navigate local regulations (Mariposa and Madera Counties), and connect with trusted cleaners, handymen, and co-hosts. If you're looking to invest smart and build something you’ll actually enjoy using, I’d love to connect.
