Leonard Williams

I am a Real Estate Investor, owner and partner of Heaven State Properties, LLC. I'm also a license Realtor in the Connecticut who have decided to consider using real estate as an investment vehicle to diversify my savings, investments, increase my net worth, and as an entrepreneur of my new company to support my family and love ones. I agree that to obtain any goals in life you must first have a BIG why, be willing to put in the necessary time, perseverance, commitment, ability, patience, and be relentlessly focused with putting in hard work without giving up. I also believe in networking and associating with like-minded people, which is why I joined the BiggerPockets community for support, encouragement, guidance, advice, and mentoring.
