Recently I began learning as much as I possibly could about RE investing through BP webinars, BP books, BP podcasts, and BP YouTube videos. I am hoping to connect with other like-minded potential investors while on my journey to becoming financially free through real estate (RE) investing. My 1st goal is to understand analyzing properties so, I've now analyzed dozens and am feeling pretty confident that I've gotten down those basics for rental properties (Buy & Hold). My next goal is to create an android app that will allow anyone to, "Run The Numbers". With these goals in mind I plan to know, inside and out, how any property can be properly analyzed in minutes. I guess you could say, with my continuing RE education, I want to specialize in real estate property analysis. I hope to one day be able help others with the task of figuring out how to best, "Run The Numbers".
