Hello all, I was born in Guyana, South America (next to Brazil). I came to the US when I was 10 years old. I am a Professional Registered Nurse for over 17 years. I currently work as a Nurse Manager in New York City. I have always had a deep seeded desire to own my own business since I was a child, reason for my interest in RE investing. As a nurse manager, I spend at least 10 hours, 5 days a week working (Monday-Friday), but have no desire to allow my day profession from stopping me from getting to my goals for my family. I am very honest and transparent in relationships and looking to find liked-minded individuals to build wealth with. In my down time, I love to hangout with my 2 little girls (3 years and 8 months old) and my wife. I also find time to exercise at least 5 times per week. I live by the philosophy of, "Seize the Day", because time is a limited resource that does not return to any of us. So in no way would I want to waste your time, nor mine, if we notice we do not have similar interest.
