MLS isn't cutting it - WHOLESALERS, WHAT DO YOU HAVE???? Rant...There are too many fly by night contractors who watch way to much HGTV and think they can rehab a dump into a model home for $25k. they are over bidding on the properties, getting in over their heads, cutting corners and ending up leaving the buyer with a very bad experience. Some of these half gutted properties are back on the market because of these inexperienced flippers. Do YOUR homework guys! 9/10 these people don't even realize there is a 1% conveyance fee paid to the state of CT for every sale!
