Lester Adams

I am Director, Real Estate Investment for Encore Enterprises, based in Dallas Texas. We are a commercial real estate development company that builds, operates and raises funds for commercial deals including: office, multifarious, hotels, land, retail, restaurants and medical, among others. Prior to that I worked as Director, Market Planning and Owner Relations on the development team for InterContinental Hotels Group; Vice President Franchose Relations for Asian American Hotel Owners Association; and still President of Conduit Mediation and Advisory, a hospitality consulting company.
