Letxy Sosa

I started in the real estate industry working as a temp for the trustee foreclosure department at a title company in 2007. My first job was filing files, but due to the increased volume of foreclosures during that time I was quickly moved onto filing first legal actions and later trustees deeds upon sale. After that company I worked for filed bankruptcy in 2008 I didn't see much future there so I left and went to work for a different title company where I learned everything about title insurance. I left that company in 2010 after I received my BA in business administration to pursue an insurance job. Insurance sales didn't workout so I went back to the foreclosure industry and went to work for the foreclosure department at a mortgage company. I currently am a manager of the Post Foreclosure Department. I bought my first home with my husband in 2016 the house was a first buy for me, and second buy for him. After seeing the tax benefits of owning a rental property my husband and I decided we want to do more real estate investing.
