My name is Levada, and I've been selling Real Estate for over 12 years. I work a lot with investors, having negotiated and closed everything from single family homes (buy and hold, flips, rehab), to commercial properties, to new construction, to land acquisitions, to entire multi-million dollar luxury townhome and single family home communities all over the greater Atlanta area. I am efficient, effective, and dedicated to fighting for the best interest of my buyers, sellers, and investors, and I have a network of professional and experienced lenders, mortgage brokers, appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, and closing attorneys to ensure that transactions are as smooth and seamless as possible. I have a hands on approach and treat each client with top priority. Outside of real estate, for over 10 years, I was Chair of Restoring Hope, a Community Outreach Ministry for women in transition. When not closing deals, I like to jog, hike, and enjoy the great outdoors!
