Hi Real Estate Investors! My name is Levi and my wife is Meghan. We have been in the real estate business with Keller Williams since 2015 here in the Columbia, SC area. We have been blessed with 4 kids and are thankful to serve mostly in residential resale with some flipping and buy & hold. I was raised with the unique privilege of watching my dad and mom run a family floorcovering business, Christmas tree farm, and manage short term rentals in Arkansas. Prior to real estate I worked 3 years in utility engineering and a couple of years interning for an electric cooperative. Now, my siblings and I own our own businesses and work in the hospitality industry. We inherited the entrepreneurial spirit from my grandpa who started a glass & brass shop. We love small business! These are some of our real estate goals: Serve everyone we meet with a 10++ experience with gratitude and passion for what we do. To be the top producing real estate agent in my office and top 10% of agents in Columbia with both active and passive income. Flip & Hold 4+ homes per year. Flip & Hold 1+ small commercial building per year. Build a multi-family and single family residential investment tree of about 57 properties with short term and long term rentals.
