My wife and I invest primarily in the Rockford, IL area but also in Wisconsin and Tennessee as well. Our holdings vary from SFRs, small multifamily and also multifamily complexes. We have done some flips, renovating distressed properties as well. Our multifamily holdings came to us in distressed condition, often the worst building on the block-with horrible tenants. We clean them up, change the demographic of the residents and improve the neighborhoods. We are always looking for another project and looking forward to some Short Term Rentals and apartment buildings in TN as well as FL
