Liam Delumpa

I am a value-add investor specializing in non-residential commercial assets. As with most investors, I started my journey with a few multifamily deals, and eventually found my passion for commercial real estate. In particular, I purchase underperforming retail, suburban office, and industrial flex. Based out of the Bay Area, I started investing in Ohio, and have recently started looking more locally in California. I enjoy connecting with brokers, networking at real estate events, and getting deals done!
