No longer wholesaling. I’m interested in calls from wholesalers, though :). I originally built capital through lots of wholesaling and wholetaling (buying and then selling in as-is cond.), along with my business partner. I Just finished my first rehab in 48235 Detroit, and sold it for 105k (closed 06/28/19). Need another one! I’m very exited I got this far because 3 years ago I didn’t even know I wanted to do anything even real estate related. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in English, from Wayne State University, Detroit. Reach out to me if you need to let go of a property or contract in South East MI. In Detroit proper, I like lots of areas but the comps have to be good (over 90k), and the block has to be great, manicured lawns, no dilapidated houses on street, and preferably* brick houses, due to siding possibly getting stolen.
