I am detail oriented and self motivated, having worked independently from home for many years now. Experience: My husband and I live in a house that we bought dirt cheap, renovated and love. I had done that previously and profited from another home that I lived in which I had renovated. We took a class on tax liens and deeds and have purchased 3 houses in a tax auction, all 3 of which we have sold profitably. I have taken several other classes since then and have purchased several other houses, which I am ecstatic to say all have sold quickly and profitably. We recently sold project number 6 for which we received multiple offers and which went under contract in less than a week of advertising it, for sale by owner! We have now finished the rehab of project 9 and sold it quickly as well. We also now own a 4-unit which is fully rented out and remain in search of future projects. Exciting times! Real Estate Goals: I would like to be debt free within the next two years. Also, our 3 grandsons keep asking us to take the whole family to Hawaii. Who wouldn't want to comply with a request like that? Currently Seeking: I am primarily looking for additional investors or partners in order to do future rehab deals and would gladly purchase through a wholesaler if the numbers work for us. We are also looking to add to our rental portfolio and are actively looking at properties to do so.
