My husband is a contractor (along with owning/operating a landscaping business) & we rehabbed several Washington single family homes (along with an apartment complex) back in 2004-2007. We made some good money but lost when our partner failed us & the market crashed, which turned us off to REI. We are starting to view our "failures" more as learning experiences that will hopefully help us grow into wealthy flippers and probably landlords again. This time we will learn more upfront & be more cautious...particularly in regards to members of our team. We now live in our home state of Utah & are ready to start making investor connections. We are hoping to learn from those who are far more brilliant & experienced than ourselves. In our spare time, we enjoy taking our 6 little kiddos to lakes & playing around on our waverunners.
