Lindsay Damici

Hi, my name is Lindsay. I live in Vermont and I am in the process of buying my first duplex/multi-family home. I plan on this being a owner occupied residence and renting out or airbnb(ing) the other unit. Looking for solid resources to help me along in this process. I have hopes to grow in the property investment industry and use my love for interior design to help me invest in (as well as quickly flip) additional homes in the future. I am nervous about finding a contractor, plumber, electrician, ect. since I didn't grow up in the area I am currently living in and my network is small in the home improvement area.
