I am a CA Licensed Real Estate Agent, and a real estate investor in the San Diego area. Additionally, my business partner and I have attended over 75 classroom hours of Commercial Investment Training, and receive ongoing training in residential and commercial investing. We are investing in properties throughout California and in other states. We have focused on rehabilitating and flipping SFRs which need minor to major repairs, including fire damage. Now, we are looking to expand our purchases to cash flow properties such as multi-families, small to large-sized apartments and commercial office buildings which need minor to moderate repair, or have a value add opportunity My business partner and I have held rentals, flipped properties, and are starting escrow with a large commercial portfolio. We are always seeking to expand our funding sources to fund our projects. I would appreciate hearing from private lenders, equity partners and funding companies who offer business lines of credit. I would also like to network and connect with wholesalers and investors who buy and sell residential and commercial properties in any state.
