I've always dabbled in real estate & believe it's the way to invest. I've owned rentals on & off for 20 years so I decided to learn more by getting my license and to have access to MLS- and boy have I've learned! We've remodeled homes when ready to sell or flip (also our personal homes too) so we do understand the construction side of things, which is very helpful. Looking to flip more homes and always looking for a good buy & hold rental. I enjoy helping others, sharing knowledge and always ready to learn more!
