Lisa Wingfield

Hello, I am Lisa Wingfield. I am semi-retired after a 33 year career in the electric/gas utility industry. I have personal experience with buying and selling of real estate in FL, NC and VA. I own and manage short term rentals and I am now offering consulting and property management services to other short term rental owners. I am fairly new to the more professional aspects of real estate investing though I have been researching, attending various training, and reaching out to various Facebook investor groups so that I can network with other like-minded souls. I actually live in Clayton, NC. I hope to continue learning about the various ways to finance deals since that seems to be the biggest hurdle. In addition to my real estate venture, I am co-owner of Simply Southern Services LLC based out of Ocala, FL currently offering elderly companion care services. I have two adult daughters, two grandchildren and I have a 9 year old at home. Look forward to meeting other Investors and learning more as I enter this next venture.
