Hi, I'm Livingston Lee. I live in York, PA but I will be doing most of my buying in Baltimore Md, my home town. My wife and our 2 kids have been here in York for 14 years and we love it. However, I am in Baltimore often visiting family and attending Church. I am looking to meet new people and invest in property all over the US if the deal make since. I have a few friends that are in the flipping business but I am hoping to get into apartment buildings.
