I am a licensed Real Estate agent in NYC and a buy and hold investor. I flip apartments/single family houses occasionally if there is a right opportunity. I am looking to help other investors in NYC to manage their property investments, including buying, remodeling, renting out, selling for profit. My primary goal as an investor/landlord is to grow my portfolio of properties. I am especially interested in adding a multifamily houses to my portfolio. I am interested in finding suitable properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. But at this time I am especially interested in opportunities on Long Island and NJ / Philadelphia area because they seem to provide substantially higher rental investment return than what we have in New York City.
