Hello! Real estate newcomer here. My husband and I have some cash saved up and would love to get into the rental property game. We are very interested in short-term rentals, mainly because we love design and creating beautiful spaces (we currently Airbnb our rented apartment). But we'd definitely open to mid- and long-term rentals! We're open to looking outside of our area, as Toronto seems pretty unaffordable for us at the moment. Would love any network opportunities and advice, especially since Canada seems a bit different than the US.
