I am a new real estate investor and contractor in the Niagara Falls, NY area and I am currently looking for my first opportunity for the BRRRR technique as well as small multifamily properties. Experience: I am currently about to close on my first property which is a duplex and I will be using the house hacking strategy being the owner occupant and renting out the other side for a couple years. I will also be looking to purchase at least one more property before the end of the year. Real Estate Goals: My main goal is financial freedom by purchasing numerous buy and hold properties so I can retire by age 40 and have plenty of passive income so I can enjoy my time with friends and family and not have to travel for work anymore.
