About myself
I am a novice real estate investor looking to make my first real estate investment deal. I enjoy reading investing and business books. I listen to BiggerPockets podcasts weekly. I am here to develop genuine long-term business relationships. Experience: None as of 4/1/2018. I expect to complete my first deal by 5/1/2019. Real Estate Goals: I am strongly interested in buy and hold properties especially single and multi-family homes. I also want to become proficient at flipping houses, raising capital, investing in historic homes.
