When I was growing up most Saturdays were spent working alongside my dad on his rental properties. Painting, wiring, pluming, roofing, etc… Nowadays I apply my jack of all trades background towards property and project management as well as building my own real estate portfolio. I currently manage 24 doors, own a single-family rental and have multiple successful fix-n-flips under my belt. I’m interested in acquiring more single-family and multi-family properties as well as learning as much as possible from other likeminded investors. Real Estate Goals: 1. Build a healthy real estate business that allows me and those I love to spend time together doing the things we love. (Being in the outdoors mostly:) 2. Help others see and experience the freedom that real estate investing can provide. Currently Seeking: 1. Advice and wisdom from experienced investors that want to build up a passionate and dedicated new investor. 2. Seller-financed properties: More specifically: single and multi-family properties and commercial assets. 3. Other investors, brokers, PM’s, and contractors that want to grow and develop life-long friendships built on traditional values like: respect, honor, integrity, and passion.
