Professional Summary: Logan owns and manages three businesses and is employed with US Banks in the Private Wealth Management Department. Logan has completed three successful real estate deals including a buy-and-hold, a fix-and-flip, and a wholesale deal. Most recently he has purchased a duplex in Como-Minneapolis, MN which he manages as part of his personal long term portfolio. Logan is co-founder of LV Holdings Co, an internet holding company whom uses various web channels, primarily Shopify and YouTube. They utilize these platforms to create brands around both newly-trending and up-and-coming products or subjects. These channels or wesbites are held or sold once optimized. Logan is head of finance and operations and has a major role in every other aspect of this company. Guest Ventures, a private real estate holding, and ultimately, a venture capital fund, is solely-owned by Logan. In addition to these services, Logan offers business consultation in real estate and internet-business operations along with others.
