I am the son of a once large South Florida real estate developer. I have been around all aspects of development most of my life. Assembling land parcels city counsel meetings. We built a lot of PUD’s and AAA multi family projects in Florida, North Carolina and Texas, We started in California. However my father died loosing all our money on his last opus the Mosiac 2 thirty story towers in Houston Tx in the last crash( photo below). I am a clothing designer now you can search my name on google and see what I done dressing most celebrities in the business. I have taken this year off to get back to my roots I know real estate and feel it. I don’t have a lot of money but want to see whats available at the low end and start building slowly if thats possible. I see a lot of wholesale properties available all over the southwest and am interested.
