Previous real estate student didn't pass will not quit until I become a Master investor and experience agent, in order to teach others, leave a legacy for my children, grand children and next multi generation. I love real estate and have past experience while married to a builder and master remodeler for 30 years. I did contracts and had specialty for lease options. I am currently relocating, I want to use this opportunity to close my first deal and purshase a short sale. My plan is to continue a successful path , this site is a great tool for first time steppers. Seems like a mountain.
