So I am a 35 year young man that is making the transition of a commercial truck driver to the real estate industry. I am a Newbie and am here for guidance and to build relations/relationships with those who care to share their knowledge and personal experience. Mainly am interested in the wholesale aspect because that is what attracted me to where I am now. However since my studies and research I have came to terms that I’m willing to devote my attention to learn about the entire industry of Real Estate. What are some suggestions anyone may have for a beginner??? Thanks in advance!!!
