Young Professional (Civil Engineer) working in the railroad industry looking to start investing in real estate. Currently like in Central Wisconsin for work but I am originally from Chicago. I currently have 1 property in Chicago which I am renting out. I would like to increase my portfolio to include more rental properties. Would like to learn more about the industry and get the ball rolling.
