I am a pastor's wife and mother of twelve children whom I have homeschooled. As my husband approaches retirement from church and military service, we are looking forward to travelling to visit all of our children and to serve people and ministries in various capacities. We want to establish a location dependent and largely passive income source to support these goals and so that our daily labors do not need to be tied to pay. We are especially interested in owning short-term rentals wherever we have children or friends. This will give us a perfect place to stay when we visit, and also a way to excercise hospitality as we love to do. I have been watching the videos, and am eager to get started using the calculators. I would love to connect with others in my area, as well as in Fayetteville, NC and Hinesville and Columbus, GA. And, finally, I hope that in the forums I will be able to get answers to the questions that arise when my actions take me beyond my education.
