I recently became a landlord for my first property and am currently looking for property number 2. I have a mentor working with me. I'm a bargain shopper who would like to do my own updating. I also would like to learn about how to get a bank-owned home, estimate repairs, and along with all this, teach my sons how to handle anything that might come up in home ownership or buying/selling/updating, etc.
