Lorne Shive

Lorne C. Shive, Owner of Invest America, LLC as well as LCS Companies LLC, has been recognized by Elite American Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate coaching. In his executive leadership role, Mr. Shive is in charge of managing two businesses under LCS companies, including rental property management and wholesale business, and managing properties. He also posts multiple listings, finds foreclosures, estimates restoration costs to rent properties, and makes offers on properties. Moreover, he fixes up processes and sells them to out-of-state investors. Mr. Shive holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Insurance from Delta State University, and he remains abreast of trends and developments in his field as a sponsor for the Tennessee and Mississippi chapters of the National Real Estate Investors Association. He attributes his success to the support he received from one of his college professors.
