I've been in the Real Estate space since 2018. My business operated strictly as a house flipping company for the first few years of business and then we began to implement the BRRRR strategy as well. Throughout the years of navigating dozens of projects and dealing with countless contractors, most of which left us feeling frustrated, we formed our own contracting company out of necessity to keep our sanity and our margins intact. Our company offers Professional Project Management & General Contracting services to other investors who are looking to flip properties or buy rental properties that are in disrepair.
