I am starting a new chapter in my life where real estate is my ticket to financial freedom, taking care of my family and ability to live a lower stress life. My interest in real estate has been years in the making, now I am ready to get my feet wet. I am about educating myself through reading, webinars, classes and shadowing others (mentorship). My interests for RE is wholesaling, flips as well as rentals for the passive income. Experience: 8 years rental experience from turning previous and currently owned homes into rentals. Create monthly passive income on a path to become financially independent to spend more time with family and travel. 2. Create an initial RE portfolio that will include single and multi-family properties within Central NC prior to expanding to possible commercial properties. 3. Build solid professional relationships Currently Seeking: Seeking deals to wholesale/rehab/rent, lenders willing to work with a new investor, a coach/mentor willing to allow me shadow on projects, as I continue to learn gaining the ability to give back to others.
