Laura Pattawi

Hi! I am a young professional based out of Nashville. After eight years in the military I decided to leave active duty to travel and to return to my true home (Nashville!). Back in 2016, after my stint of exploring the world, I was more determined than ever to make my way towards an early retirement. Back then my big goal was to be FI within 10 years (CY 2016) so I could dedicate my life to volunteering. A LOT has changed since then. I'm currently a single mother with an adorable toddler and a baby boy due March of 2021. I My new target date for FI is CY2030, but my new motivation now comes in the form of financial security. To me this looks like building a life in which I can comfortably continue to prioritize family life over work. I believe the best vehicle for me to do this is real estate investing!
