Lucas Carroll

My name is Lucas Carroll and, like many, I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad years ago. It sparked something inside of me that has never gone away. I'm in O&G so my job is cyclical and it keeps me away from home for months at a time. I'm looking to use real estate to transition out of this current role. My girlfriend and I have moved in together so we are going to rent out my home soon. We're trying to list it by the end of January 2022. Mortgage is just under 1,700 and houses have rented for as much as 2.3k in the neighborhood with similar floor plans. I'm looking to learn and network, just like everyone else on here!
