Lucy McDonald

I am a young professional currently working in real estate management for a short line railroad. I am interested in building a personal real estate investment portfolio. I have an extensive background in management, logistics and supply chain, commercial real estate, and finance, and have come to Bigger Pockets to learn more about real estate investing so that I may continue to expand my knowledge base on which to build. I currently live in Colorado Springs with my fiance who is in the Army, however work a full-time W2 job in Denver. I aim to get involved in real estate investing in an effort to create a business with my fiance that will allow him to continue to serve our country, offer me an exciting career that is not bound to the 1.5 hour one-way commute to Denver or the 9-5 schedule, and provide the financial means to eventually start a family.
